Ryuji: Well, it's not Namatame, he was out of town the nights Mayumi and Saki-senpai got thrown in the TV.
Ann: We know it's not Kubo either. He can't even enter the TV World by himself.
Makoto: We know Okumura-san is going to be the next target of the serial killer thanks to seeing her show up on the Midnight Channel and that she's staying at the Inn so if we can an eye on her we can potentially stop whoever it is from throwing her in.
Futaba: If that fails, Haru's got her phone and I snuck something on it so if the killer corners her, she'll know to press 9 which will make it take a picture without making a sound. That will picture will then be sent to my laptop.
Akira: Alright, but I'm still suspicious of that Gas Station Attendant. I feel like they have something to do with all this. Let's split up after this.

Yu: Mostly dumb luck. Anyway, we got no choice but ask everyone around about these incidents and the conspiracy and hope something falls into our lap.
Naoto just sighs wishing she had just stayed in Inaba whilst Akechi in the meanwhile is furiously staring down a detective board trying to find out who these Thieves are.

Fortunately Akechi never did find out who the Thieves were, unfortunately because a certain deity behind all this couldn't get the two Tricksters to meet and clash despite all his efforts to arrange for circumstances to coincidentally have them meet he couldn't play his game with humanity's future at stake. So, he decided to just start hosting D&D games with Philemon, Igor, Nyarlathotep, Izanami, Nyx, and Erebus instead of bothering with humanity.
